AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE

Automobile liability insurance in the Virgin Islands is compulsory and required by law with the following minimum limits:

Personal – 10/20/10
10,000 – per person
20,000 – per accident
10,000 – property damage

Commercial – 10/25/10
10,000 – per person
25,000 – per accident
10,000 – property damage

Therefore, all licensed vehicles must carry minimum liability limits to protect against damages caused to third parties in an accident. Our primary goal is to ensure that our clients feel secure under such circumstances and that their insurance coverage is comprehensive and offers the security they expect.
